Whether you prefer weekly or bi-weekly sessions, I’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits seamlessly into your life. As we progress, I continuously adjust and evolve your program to match your increasing strength, endurance, and overall fitness improvements. Every two months, we’ll check in to review your progress, discuss how you’re feeling, and ensure we’re on track to achieve your goals.
